Managing performance is an important year-long collaborative process and is crucial to achieving LSU's Flagship Agenda.

Workday Look & Feel

Annual Evaluations and Planning Sessions will have a refreshed visual layout in Workday. The process will remain the same, but updated job aids and training will be provided before launch.

12/19/2025 All in-progress Planning Sessions will be closed out.
12/22/2025 – 2/13/2026 Planning Session Moratorium – No Planning Sessions during this time. This keeps the system clear while Annual Evaluations are open.
1/1/2026 Annual Evaluations launch.
2/13/2026 Annual Evaluation deadline.
2/14/2026 Any in-progress evaluations will be closed:

If routed past Manager & Manager’s Manager: will be advanced and viewable in employee’s profile.
If still awaiting manager/manager’s manager input: will be canceled.
2/16/2026 Planning Sessions launch for all campuses.
